Responsibilities

Assist with strategic alignment of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support project activities as needed
Create and maintain project plans and track progress using JIRA and other project management tools
Maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation within centralized repositories
Facilitate a working environment driven by accountability, ownership, and collaboration
Coordinate project initiatives to measure effectiveness, outcomes, and realized benefits
Develop project plans from external Statements of Work (SOWs) and internal task breakdowns
Ensure project scope, business case, objectives, and success metrics are clearly defined, understood, measured, and reported
Define KPIs to measure resource capacity, project valuation, cost, risk, status, and performance
Understand and manage interdependencies between technology, operations, and business needs
Ensure cross-functional team leaders have a clear understanding of deliverables, timelines, and budgets
Provide accurate, timely, and meaningful project status reporting to stakeholders
Create, maintain, and improve standardized project management templates
Conduct project postmortems, retrospectives, and continuous improvement sessions
Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environmental regulations, policies, and procedures
Communicate consistently and professionally with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain adherence to company-wide policies and procedures
Support special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned

Required

5–7 years of project management experience, with progressively increasing responsibility
Experience managing enterprise-wide projects involving cross-functional teams across business, operations, and technical domains
Proven track record of successfully delivering multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, ClickUp, Basecamp, and/or Monday.com
Strong understanding of standard project management concepts, practices, and procedures
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated and accountable, with the ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze information, develop alternatives, and drive solutions
Excellent communication skills, delivering clear and accurate information across oral, written, and digital platforms
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across varying organizational levels
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies using a hybrid project management approach
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, including system principles and best practices
Experience using Power BI for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard creation

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree is preferred
CAPM or PMP certification and/or applicable project management coursework
Experience defining and tracking KPIs related to resource capacity, cost, risk, and performance
Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives and project governance processes
