Responsibilities

Communicate directly with clients via email and by phone to facilitate print production and design orders

Communicate directly with our in-house print production and bindery team

Follow up with clients or customers regarding proofs and other project inquiries

Ensure that customers are satisfied with products or services

Educate clients about additional products, services, and ways we can help them market their business

Determine the quickest, most effective ways to answer a client’s questions

Escalate queries and concerns to the business owner
