Sterling Engineering is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assistant to support quality operations through the preparation, analysis, and distribution of technical quality reports. This role plays a key part in monitoring process metrics, supporting documentation control, and assisting quality teams to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

Prepare technical quality reports, including daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly yield, defect, customer, and supplier quality reports

Support training activities and assist with the transition of technical quality reporting processes

Ensure adherence to defined targets for process and quality metrics

Generate and distribute reports and dashboards accurately and on time

Support customer satisfaction initiatives through quality data analysis and reporting

Assist with maintaining and controlling documents and procedures within the document management system

Participate in site calls and prepare comprehensive meeting minutes

Support quality teams with routine and non-routine tasks as assigned

Required

Knowledge of quality concepts and quality control processes

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Positive attitude with flexibility to work across time zones

Preferred

ISO or IATF certification is a plus

Automation knowledge is an added advantage
