Oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality
Planning and coordinating project activities
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations
Managing logistics and resources
Maintaining clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and team members
Conduct inspections to ensure project specifications are being met
Address any challenges proactively
Qualification
Required
Strong expertise in Project Management and experience leading construction projects from inception to completion
Proficiency in expediting and managing project schedules to ensure timely completion
Proven skills in Logistics Management and Inspection to oversee resources, safety standards, and project quality
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage client relationships and coordinate teams effectively
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Previous experience in commercial concrete construction and understanding of building practices and materials
