Consumer Product Testing Company, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to be a key contributor to the sales cycle. This role involves managing leads, delivering qualified opportunities to Account Managers, and promoting client awareness of the company's technologies.

Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact to prospective clients, assessing their needs and aligning with internal capabilities

Manage leads from multiple sources to deliver qualified opportunities to the Account Managers

Develop and manage specified groups of clients

Engage with Management for the development and execution of prospect lists

Promote client awareness of CPT technologies and departments

Collaborate with Account Managers to ensure all quotations are submitted to clients in a timely manner

Maintain a working knowledge of overall company capabilities to drive collaboration across departments

Required

BS/BA in health - related science

At least 2 years experience in a GCP, GMP or GLP environment

Evidence of strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary teams

Must have initiative and problem solving/analytical skills and keen attention to detail

Must be organized, flexible, and able to work independently, as well as with other team members

Applicant should possess the ability to balance multiple priorities effectively

Must have extensive knowledge of MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint with formatting functions

On an average 8-hour day this position requires the ability to walk, sit and stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms at or above shoulder height and below waist height, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch; talk, hear, and smell

This position requires the ability to lift up to 40 pounds
