Responsibilities

Platform Development: Design and implement robust solutions using Flow Designer , Workflows , and UI Builder to create seamless user experiences and automated business processes

Module Management: Lead the technical configuration and optimization of ITSM , ITBM (Strategic Portfolio Management) , CSM (Customer Service Management) , and FSM (Field Service Management)

Data & Infrastructure: Maintain the integrity of the CMDB and manage MID Server configurations to ensure successful integrations and discovery processes

Quality Assurance: Utilize the Automated Test Framework (ATF) to develop and execute automated tests, ensuring platform stability during upgrades and deployments

Mobile Strategy: Create and refine mobile experiences using Mobile Designer to empower a distributed workforce
