Responsibilities

Instruct GEOINT Collections Requirements Management (GCRM) at the NGA College

Delivers in-resident and distance learning instructional programs in accordance with course requirements

Use instructional methods such as guided discussions, lectures, demonstrations, small group exercises, seminars, workshops, and laboratories

Use instructional technology, including but not limited to Blackboard and IC Connect

Conduct assessment strategy in accordance with the course design, including instructor observation, testing, and grading

Provide formal and informal student feedback

Provide subject matter expertise throughout the curriculum creation process, including content review and feedback to development staff

Work independently with some guidance and review or guide the activities of junior employees, if needed

Conduct maintenance on GCRM course material as part of a team

As needed, travel to locations worldwide to teach GCRM courses

Required

Active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance

Master's degree in area of expertise plus 3 years of relevant experience, OR a Bachelor's degree in area of expertise plus 5 years of relevant experience, OR a High School diploma plus 20 years of relevant experience

4+ years of relevant instructor experience

Documented experience within the last 24 months solving intelligence problems and filling intelligence gaps through collection of airborne and space-borne imagery

Operational experience with adjudicating Geospatial Information Needs (GINs)

Documented experience creating and submitting requirements in GEOINT Information Management Systems (GIMS) or a similar tool within the last 24 months

Preferred

Operational experience with adjudicating GINS

Documented experience creating and submitting requirements in GEOINT Information Management Services (GIMS) or a similar tool within the last 24 months

Experience with Automated Strategies and the Strategy Designer App (SDA)

Previous instructional experience with NGA or a military service
