Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and schedule shipping and receiving staff
Oversee inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness
Coordinate carriers and approve shipping documentation
Operate and supervise loading/unloading using forklifts and pallet jacks
Maintain accurate inventory records, cycle counts, and ERP/WMS transactions
Enforce safety, GMP, and company procedures
Support continuous improvement and cross-department coordination
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
3–5 years of warehouse shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing or beverage required)
Basic computer and ERP system proficiency
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (up to 160 lbs with equipment)
Preferred
Prior supervisory or lead experience
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
