Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and propose tailored technical solutions
Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations
Participate in the introduction of new products and ensure a smooth transition into customer operations
Identify and qualify new business opportunities in collaboration with the business development teams
Act as a technical expert for customers by recommending the best configurations or customizations
Work with product, R&D, and engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and propose innovative solutions
Stay up to date with market trends and emerging technologies to anticipate customer needs
Provide ongoing technical support and resolve technical issues
Deliver training sessions to clients to optimize product use
Conduct feasibility studies, proofs of concept, and pre-sales testing
Collaborate with support and implementation teams to ensure successful deployments
Coordinate customer projects in collaboration with internal teams (sales, engineering, production, quality)
Define key milestones, deliverables, and timelines with the client
Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and adjust plans as needed
Serve as the main point of contact for the client throughout the project, ensuring clear and proactive communication

Required

College or university degree in engineering, electronics, electrical, or a related field
3 to 5 years of experience in technical sales, applications engineering, or technical support in a manufacturing or technology environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts
Experience with CRM and project management tools
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment
Autonomy, rigor, and strong customer service orientation
English fluent

Preferred

French and Spanish will be considered an asset, but not necessary
