Responsibilities

Lead strategy and execution for HIV speaker bureaus both Treatment and PrEP, including training plans, content development, and compliance oversight
Manage speaker contracting and vendor partnerships; monitor program effectiveness and implement improvements
Partner with Commercial Operations, Compliance, and Field Leadership on bureau sizing, budgeting, and updates
Build and maintain strong relationships with bureau speakers and ensure alignment across Treatment and Prevention teams
Lead scientific conference strategy for HIV in collaboration with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and global teams to deliver integrated impactful presence
Drive planning and execution of Key HIV conferences, including booth design collaboration, advertising, digital strategy, and cross-functional coordination
Manage agency relationships and budgets to deliver high-quality programs
Establish systems, metrics, and processes for speaker bureau and conference initiatives
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies

Required

Bachelor's Degree and Ten Years' Experience
OR
Masters' Degree and Eight Years' Experience
OR
PhD/PharmD and Five Years' Experience

Preferred

Ability to travel up to 30%, domestically to conferences, advisory boards, and agency meetings
Must be comfortable with sensitive topics within HIV market
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fields
Familiarity with marketing fundamentals, strategy, sales and commercial policies and practices
Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales desired
MBA or other advanced business or public health degree is desired
HIV experience and relationships is preferred
