Acting as a primary day-to-day client contact on live mandates
Managing transaction processes, financial analysis, and valuation work
Overseeing and developing junior team members
Supporting origination efforts, pitches, and sector coverage initiatives
Qualification
Required
6–10+ years of investment banking experience, with a strong Healthcare Services M&A focus
Demonstrable track record of closed transactions (sell-side and/or buy-side)
Strong financial modelling, valuation, and process management skills
Confident communicator with experience advising senior clients
Currently operating at VP or Director level, or a high-performing VP ready to step up
