Qualification
Required
Active membership in the California State Bar
3-5 years of litigation experience
Strong litigation skills and desire to try cases
Ability to work independently while contributing to team objectives
Willingness to travel within California for court appearances and trials
Preferred
Insurance defense litigation experience
Experience in taking depositions and examinations under oath
Track record of successful motion practice
Experience in developing case strategy with clients
