Responsibilities
Respond to all customer inquiries within 24 hours
Enter and manage customer orders in the ERP system
Process quotes, purchase orders, modifications, cancellations, and adjustments
Monitor active orders and communicate updates to customers
Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
Maintain accurate records and manage customer portals
Follow up with customers for missing or incomplete order details
Communicate customer needs and potential concerns to internal teams
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Experience with Epicor
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
Customer-focused mindset with ability to work well in a team
Preferred
Some college or trade school preferred
Knowledge of medical devices or manufacturing product life cycles
