Responsibilities
Perform electronic locates to measure utility depths
Conduct constructability reviews of preliminary design drawings
Document and photograph existing site conditions
Perform field notations using various methods
Represent the company during preconstruction meetings
Understand rights-of-way, easements, parcels, and private property rights
Coordinate with project teams to assist in problem resolution
Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners, using de-escalation tactics when needed
Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE
Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
2+ years of prior, relevant field or office work experience
Must be local to project work and available during normal business hours
In addition to a valid State Driver's License, applicants must have a safe driving record as defined by Company policy
Proficiency in utility locating equipment, AutoCAD, GIS platforms, and Google Earth
Read and interpret engineering plans, maps, and utility drawings
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and efficiently in remote environments
Basic computer literacy and comfort with digital tools
