Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows using Informatica PowerCenter

Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading from various sources (RDBMS, flat files, cloud platforms)

Optimize ETL performance and troubleshoot issues in production and development environments

Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across systems

Develop and maintain technical documentation for ETL processes and data flows

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities

Work with scheduling tools (e.g., CA7,Control-M) to automate ETL jobs

Support data migration and integration projects across enterprise platforms

Qualification

Informatica PowerCenterSQLData warehousingUnix/Linux scriptingAgile/ScrumProblem-solvingCommunication skills

Required

6-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter and related tools

Strong SQL skills and experience with databases like Oracle, SQL Server, or Teradata

Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and star/snowflake schemas

Knowledge of Unix/Linux scripting and job scheduling tools

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

BACHELOR OF COMPUTER SCIENCE

Preferred

Familiarity with Informatica Cloud, IICS, or other cloud-based ETL tools is a plus
