Implementation Specialist

Huxley is a rapidly growing healthcare technology provider seeking a Technical Implementation Specialist to ensure their medical imaging software integrates seamlessly into hospital IT and clinical workflows. The role involves managing the entire implementation journey, from contract signing to the first patient scanned, while collaborating with IT and clinical teams to solve technical challenges and deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

Install and configure software within complex hospital environments
Set up and manage Windows Server configurations, including secure VPN tunnels
Integrate with hospital PACS systems and map ultrasound modality data to the system database
Work with EHR systems (such as Epic or Cerner) to ensure reliable connectivity
Lead implementation timelines, working closely with hospital IT, clinical staff, Sales, and Support
Troubleshoot firewall, port, security, and imaging workflow issues
Act as the bridge between Sales, Support, and Hospital IT

Required

Strong understanding of networking: firewalls, ports, VPNs, cybersecurity fundamentals
Hands-on experience with Windows Server environments
Comfort working directly with hospital IT teams
Solid project management skills: scheduling, communication, stakeholder alignment
Strong problem-solving mindset and technical adaptability

Preferred

Experience with PACS, DICOM, or medical imaging technologies
Familiarity with Epic, Cerner, or other EHR systems
Background in clinical environments such as radiology or ultrasound
