$20/hr - $20/hrA&E Cage Company, LLC is seeking an Administrative Assistant to the VP of Sales that will provide high-level administrative support while also assisting the Sales and Customer Service teams with day-to-day operational tasks. This role is critical to ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination between internal departments and customers.

Responsibilities
Provide direct administrative support to the Vice President of Sales
Manage calendars, meetings, and internal/external communications
Prepare reports, presentations, and sales-related documentation
Assist with special projects and cross-functional initiatives
Support the sales team with order processing, data entry, and customer account maintenance
Prepare and distribute pricing sheets, quotes, and sales materials
Track sales activities, customer requests, and follow-ups
Coordinate communication between sales, warehouse, and operations teams
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and general account questions
Assist in resolving customer issues by coordinating with internal departments
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
Support onboarding of new customers and account updates
Qualification
Required
Prior experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in wholesale, distribution, or retail environments
Basic understanding of accounting processes and familiarity with accounting software NetSuite is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail
High school or equivalent
Preferred
