Responsibilities
Architect and deploy LLM-based solutions in production environments
Design AI system architecture, including infrastructure, model selection, APIs, and scalability
Make and defend technical decisions around AI tooling and platforms
Partner with engineering, data, security, and business stakeholders
Evaluate trade-offs between AI approaches and recommend optimal solutions
Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements
Serve as a technical authority for AI initiatives (this is not a PM role)
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as an AI Architect, Senior AI Engineer, or equivalent
Hands-on experience designing and deploying LLM-based systems
Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, cloud environments, and production deployment
Ability to clearly articulate AI architecture and decision-making processes
Experience communicating with senior leadership
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Bachelor's (Required)
Solution Architecture, Data Science, or AI/ML Engineering: 6 years (Required)
designing AI/ML solutions using Azure: 3 years (Required)
Epic (Clarity, Caboodle) or similar healthcare systems: 3 years (Required)
Preferred
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
Experience defining AI strategy across multiple teams
Background working in complex enterprise environments
