Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing and skilled trade roles (hourly & salaried)
Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
Conduct candidate phone screens and initial qualification
Present qualified, client-ready candidates with clear summaries
Coordinate interviews and support candidates through the hiring process
Maintain accurate, timely ATS documentation
Communicate regularly with the LMK team regarding candidate progress and role status
Consistent submission of qualified candidates per active role
Timely follow-up with candidates and hiring managers
Movement of candidates through interview and hiring stages
Professional candidate experience from first contact to start date
Qualification
Required
2+ years of recruiting experience, manufacturing or skilled trades preferred
Proven ability to fill high-volume and/or hard-to-fill roles
Strong sourcing and screening skills
Excellent communication and candidate management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruiting tools
