Apply expert knowledge, broad experience, and professional judgment to ensure required documentation, funding verification, and state and federal processes are complete and compliant
Collaborate with regional and program staff to prepare accurate, biddable, and constructible contract packages for advertisement
Serve as the final review authority before packages are released to the Headquarters Contract Ad and Award Office
Qualification
Required
Expert knowledge in highway construction Plans, Specifications, and Estimates
Broad experience in technical program specialization
Professional judgment to ensure required documentation is complete and compliant
Ability to verify funding and ensure compliance with state and federal processes
Collaboration skills to work with regional and program staff
Ability to prepare accurate, biddable, and constructible contract packages
Final review authority before packages are released to the Headquarters Contract Ad and Award Office
