Spectrum Comm Inc is seeking a Senior Congressional Support Analyst / Management Analyst to provide high-level support and analysis to the F-35 JPO community in response to Congressional inquiries. The role involves delivering quick-turn analyses of programmatic and financial impacts of Congressional bills and supporting hearings and briefings.

Responsibilities

Lead/support development and coordination of staffing papers and packages for Congressional inquiries
Provide quick-turn programmatic/financial analyses on Congressional bills impacting the F-35
Support and attend Congressional hearings and briefings with F-35 staff as required

Required

BA/BS degree in a relevant subject or discipline
Minimum 10 years performing duties described in the functional description
U.S. citizenship required
Active Secret clearance, or ability to obtain/maintain Secret (interim may be acceptable per contract requirements)
Must be able to work effectively in a secure, mission-focused environment supporting Government stakeholders
Must maintain professionalism, discretion, and high attention to detail in handling sensitive information
Must be able to use standard productivity tools and Government collaboration platforms as required

Preferred

At least 5 years of experience working on or with Capitol Hill
Experience in legislative affairs or policy roles within a federal agency, or in government relations
Blend of government/defense and/or private sector experience
