AI & Automation Engineer, AgentOps

They are seeking a talented and driven AI & Automation Engineer to join their newly formed AgentOps team, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI agents and automated workflow solutions to solve key business challenges.

Responsibilities
Developing and deploying robust and scalable AI agents and workflow solutions
Integrating AI solutions with various systems and data sources via APIs
Collaborating with the AgentOps Team Leader and business stakeholders to understand requirements and design effective, production grade automation solutions
Writing, testing, and maintaining high-quality code and workflow configurations
Monitoring, debugging, and troubleshooting deployed AI agents to ensure high performance and reliability
Contributing to the full lifecycle management of AI solutions, including testing, versioning, and documentation
Analyzing and optimizing workflows for efficiency, cost, and accuracy
Partnering with teams such as Innovation and Data Science to implement advanced models into operational workflows
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success as an Automation Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role
Strong programming skills
Expertise in working with RESTful APIs and other integration methods
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Make, Zapier)
A solid understanding of solution architecture and design principles
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proven ability to work collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Excellent organizational skills and acute attention to detail
