Offender Information Supervisor
The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking an Offender Information Supervisor for the Department of Corrections. This role involves performing sentencing calculations, maintaining inmate records, and processing open records requests while collaborating with various judicial and law enforcement entities.

Responsibilities
Process open records requests
Work in systems such as the Kentucky Offender Management System (KOMS), Court-Net, E-Warrants and the Kentucky Sex Offender Registry System (SOR)
Review inmate records for transfers
Schedule and maintain trips and logs
Work directly with the Office of the Courts and Court Officials as well as Local and State Police
Complete sentence calculations
Compile various reports
Respond to inquiries
Qualification
Required
Graduate of a college or university with a bachelor's degree
Two years of experience in management, administration, legal, paralegal, or offender records
Administrative, management, legal, paralegal, law enforcement, or offender records experience will substitute for the education on a year-for-year basis
Current or prior military experience will substitute for the required college on a year-for-year basis
