Responsibilities
Analyze, interpret, and transform healthcare and pharmaceutical data into actionable insights
Work closely with pharmacy operations, clinical teams, regulatory stakeholders, and business leaders to improve medication safety, efficiency, and decision-making
Qualification
Required
3–6+ years of experience as a Data Analyst (preferably in pharmacy or healthcare)
Experience working with healthcare or pharmaceutical datasets is mandatory
Strong proficiency in SQL
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, formulas)
Understanding of data modeling and ETL concepts
Pharmacy Domain Knowledge: -Solid understanding of: Drug lifecycle and classifications, Prescriptions and medication workflows, Pharmacy operations and inventory management, Drug safety and pharmacovigilance concepts
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to interpret complex healthcare data accurately
Attention to detail and high data accuracy standards
