Responsibilities
Assist with New Hire Orientation & General Safety Training
Conduct EHS Inspections and Audits
Participate in near miss and incident investigations
Observe and train Training Records and generate License/Permits as required
Track and Analyze EHS data to aid in compliance metrics
On-the-floor communications
Participate in Safety Committee Activities
Qualification
Required
Candidate must be working towards a BS Degree in related field
Basic knowledge of MIOSHA and EGLE regulations
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Ability to travel between plants in Fenton and Burton as needed
Preferred
Students at Junior or Senior status are preferred
