Develop and maintain a salary structure and grading system

Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in job evaluation, market-based pay benchmarking, and salary structuring are required
Fantastic Workday skills
Strong analytical thinking
Keen eye for detail
Proficiencies in Workday, Excel, Payfactors, Securesheet, and Dayforce
Strong research skills
Attention to detail
Preferred
A CCP certification is a major plus but not required
