Responsibilities

Responsible for daily greenhouse plant care, including seeding, pollination, transplanting, watering, harvesting, and seed management for corn, soybean, wheat, canola, and additional crop varieties

Collect and prepare small plant tissue samples for laboratory analysis, ensuring accurate sample identification and proper storage conditions for large volumes of specimens

Support experimental procedures, assist in data collection, and maintain comprehensive records

Perform routine greenhouse sanitation tasks, such as disposing of regulated materials and destroying waste in accordance with safety protocols
