Overseeing $5M–$50M+ projects
Driving team development
Growing regional operations
Travel between job sites
Qualification
Required
Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10–15 years of progressive GC experience in water/wastewater, mechanical, or piping projects
Proven ability to lead teams, mentor future leaders, and deliver complex $30M–$50M projects
Highly organized, detail-focused, and skilled in collaboration and communication
Passionate about self-growth and building a team/strong business unit around them as well as driving project success from the ground up
Preferred
Background in concrete packages is a plus
