This role partners closely with Payroll, HR, and external vendors to ensure accurate funding, reconciliation, and participant support.

Support day-to-day administration of 401(k) retirement plans
Perform data analysis, reconciliations, and internal audits
Partner with Payroll, HR, and vendors to resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with plan documents and ERISA requirements
Manage contribution funding and asset reconciliation
Handle complex participant inquiries
Support annual 401(k) audits
Qualification
Required
5+ years of 401(k) plan administration experience
Strong knowledge of loans, hardships, and 5500 filings
Intermediate–advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of ERISA / IRS / DOL regulations
HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
