Responsibilities
Support annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, including goal setting, KPI tracking, and performance reporting (Monthly/Quarterly, and Annual)
Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities (M&A, product portfolio, partnerships) and evaluate potential impacts on company positioning
Support capture strategy for new opportunities based on Hanwha solutions (including localization strategy)
Conduct Corporate Risk Mitigation Plan
Manage consultant cooperation
Support communication between Hanwha affiliates
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned
Qualification
Required
Deep understanding of the international defense business and Hanwha's capabilities
Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
Ability to identify, define, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to organizational goals
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and techniques to extract insights from data and identify trends
Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects independently and drive cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and other analytical tools
Bachelors degree in Business, International Relations, or Engineering
10-15 years of experience in strategy, business development, or engineering
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize / meet multiple competing deadlines
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work harmoniously in a multi-cultural team environment and support internal customers
Preferred
Prior experience supporting or working with DoD agencies or major defense contractors
Familiarity with major U.S. defense platforms and service modernization priorities
Experience working in multinational teams or supporting global strategy initiatives
Masters degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or Engineering
