Prepare monthly and annual financial statements for assigned co-op/condo properties
Manage general ledger accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
Partner with boards and treasurers to review financial performance and projections
Support audits and ensure compliance with accounting policies and deadlines
Utilize systems including MDS, BuildingLink, SharePoint, OneDrive, and MS Office
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
7+ years of property accounting experience with co-ops/condos
Strong track record of stability (no job hopping)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; MDS experience a plus
