The Sales Director will drive the expansion of relationships with distributors and Cloud Solution Providers (CSPs) in the Microsoft partner ecosystem, shaping and executing the sales strategy to accelerate growth and market presence.

Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and develop new distributor and CSP partnerships to drive revenue growth
Prospect, pitch, and close deals for produhktiv offerings
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners and clients
Stay informed on Microsoft partner programs, AI trends, and technology advancements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and delivery for new clients
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and partnership developments in the Dynamics 365 CRM system
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology and AI-focused training and consulting solutions
Familiarity with the Microsoft partner ecosystem and cloud solutions
Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-managed, proactive, and comfortable working in a remote, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred
Experience with EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) is highly desirable but not required
