Designing and implementing agent architectures that can reason about tasks, plan actions, and execute solutions
Developing prompt engineering frameworks and techniques for reliable agent behavior
Implementing safety mechanisms and oversight protocols for autonomous systems
Building and maintaining LLM-powered services using models like GPT-4, Claude, and internal models
Optimizing model infrastructure for low latency and high throughput
Building robust testing frameworks for agent behavior validation
Qualification
Required
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cognitive Science, or a related field
Have 3+ years of experience in ML engineering
Exhibit expertise in microservice design and implementation
Have experience with production agent systems
Demonstrate programming skills in Python or Java, with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Transformers, LangChain)
Have experience with cloud infrastructure stack (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS)
