Responsibilities
Accountable for physical site maintenance including maintaining our tour-ready standards and proactively maintaining equipment to protect against business interruptions. - (40%)
Assisting Technical Services in inspecting, maintaining, and reporting issues for critical power systems. - (30%)
Supports supervisor and external vendors to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA) are met for contracted services. - (15%)
Provide support on any project as directed by Facility Engineering Supervisor. - (10%)
Knowledgeable of company/department policies or guidelines and demonstrate outstanding communication skills. - (5%)
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
0-1 years experience in general maintenance, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or related field
Preferred
1+ years experience in a hands-on role in Facilities, Construction, General Maintenance, or related field
