Lead UI design and prototyping in Figma for a complex AI product

Conduct user interviews and usability testing to gather actionable feedback

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate AI features into clear, accessible interfaces

Build and maintain design systems to ensure consistency and scalability

Use AI tools like ChatGPT to support design ideation and workflows

Deliver polished, user-friendly UI designs that meet high standards

Drive user research efforts and translate insights into design improvements

Collaborate effectively with engineers and product teams

Maintain and evolve design systems and best practices

Design and iterate on consumer-grade UI components and flows in Figma

Plan and run user interviews and usability tests; analyse feedback to improve designs

Develop and maintain a scalable design system

Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and quality

Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design principles

Required

4+ years in UX/UI or Product Design with a strong portfolio

Preferred

Experience designing for AI or complex technical products
