Responsibilities
Prospect businesses and residential areas through door-to-door and walk-in outreach
Sell recurring window cleaning services only
Build density within assigned territories
Follow pricing guidelines and service standards
Track activity and opportunities in CRM
Perform high-quality window cleaning services
Maintain route efficiency and daily production goals
Deliver excellent customer experience
Identify upsell and referral opportunities (recurring only)
Grow route revenue consistently toward the $500/day target
Maintain account quality and retention
Prepare routes for clean handoff to production
Repeat route development process as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong work ethic and self-management skills
Comfortable with door-to-door and face-to-face sales
Willingness to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to switch between sales and service responsibilities seamlessly
Preferred
Previous outside sales experience
Window cleaning or home service experience
B2B sales experience
CRM or field service software experience
