The role involves leading functional analysis, configuration, testing, and change management for the PeopleSoft Finance modules while ensuring compliance with CSU standards.

Responsibilities
Lead and support requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for PeopleSoft Finance modules
Translate CSU campus business requirements into PeopleSoft Finance configurations and functional designs
Ensure solutions align with CSU standards, CFS architecture, and best practices
Configure and support core PeopleSoft Finance modules, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Asset Management (AM)
Billing
Commitment Control (KK)
Support ChartField design, combination editing, and budget control setup
Support data conversion activities from Oracle eBiz to PeopleSoft Finance
Validate data mapping, reconciliation, and conversion results
Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, and interfaces
Develop and execute functional test scripts for Unit, SIT, and UAT phases
Support UAT with campus users and assist in defect triage and resolution
Participate in cutover planning, go-live, and post-production support
Assist with end-user training materials, job aids, and knowledge transfer
Support change management and user adoption initiatives
Qualification
Required
8+ years of PeopleSoft Finance Functional experience
Hands-on experience working with CSU campuses or within the CSU system
Strong understanding of CSU financial business processes and reporting requirements
Experience supporting ERP migrations from Oracle eBusiness Suite (eBiz) or similar legacy systems
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with functional and technical teams
