Sales Development Representative
Salience TMS Neuro Solutions, LLC is seeking an energetic and compassionate individual to join their sales Development team as an entry-level Patient Advocate. In this role, you will support patients and referral partners in helping grow awareness of TMS Therapy and Salience Health, with full training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities
Assist patients by phone to schedule consultations and answer questions about services
Track and manage patient leads and referral activity using Salesforce
Support the sales process by coordinating with care navigators, insurance teams, and treatment coordinators
Help resolve patient or provider concerns in a professional and courteous manner
Build relationships with referring doctors and ensure they are informed of updates
Reaching out to new and previous TMS therapy patient to engage them in scheduling consultations or meeting with the care navigator team for retreatment
Qualification
Required
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor
Organized and detail-oriented with a willingness to learn
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and navigating the internet
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
Professionalism in communication and appearance
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Some college or experience in customer service, referral generation or sales preferred
Salesforce experience is a plus but not required
