Part Time Accounting Clerk

LHH is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Part-Time Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations for a growing team in Franklin, TN. The role involves processing accounts payable and receivable transactions, assisting with reconciliations, and maintaining organized financial records.

Human Resources

Responsibilities

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
Review and enter invoices with accuracy and proper coding
Assist with reconciliations and basic financial reporting
Maintain organized financial records and support audits as needed
Communicate with vendors to resolve billing or payment discrepancies
Support the accounting team with general administrative and financial tasks

Required

Strong understanding of basic accounting principles

Experience with accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar (preferred)
