Responsibilities

Assist with planning and coordinating on-campus and virtual recruiting events

Help source and engage student candidates through career platforms and job boards

Support interview coordination and candidate communications

Track recruiting data and prepare reports for the team

Assist in HR technology training and enablement projects

Building and implementing AI into current processes to identify ways to optimize and streamline

Contribute ideas to improve internal and external candidate experience

Learn how large companies build pipelines of future leaders and implement new technology
