Valley Natural Foods is seeking enthusiastic Juice Bar Crew Members to join their vibrant community focused on healthy living. The role involves crafting a variety of juices and specialty drinks while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized juice bar area.

Responsibilities

Create a variety of juices, smoothies, coffees, and specialty drinks using organic, locally sourced ingredients
Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting customers in choosing products that suit their tastes and health goals
Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards
Assist in stocking and organizing supplies and inform supervisors of any inventory needs
Work closely with co-op staff to support overall store operations and promote a positive work environment

Required

Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
English proficiency

Able to remain flexible to the changing needs of the business
Regular, predictable attendance
Enthusiasm for organic foods, nutrition, and promoting a healthy lifestyle
Ability to engage positively with customers and provide exceptional service
Commitment to maintaining high standards in beverage preparation and cleanliness
Willingness to collaborate and contribute to a supportive team environment
Availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Preferred

Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems
Previous juice bar/coffee bar experience
Familiarity with natural foods, grocery industry or cooperatives
