Responsibilities

Build and manage senior partnerships across enterprise, industry, research, and capital
Initiate and lead high-trust, long-cycle relationships with strategic partners and collaborators
Take partners from early exploration through execution and into long-term collaboration
Translate early technical capability into clear commercial value propositions
Drive early commercial processes without premature scaling or heavy structure
Support investor relationships and capital strategy, working closely with founders
Represent the company externally with credibility, precision, and technical fluency

Required

Experience building partnerships or commercial strategy in deep tech, robotics, physical systems, or advanced manufacturing

Bias toward execution and outcomes over optics or hype
