Senior Mortgage Account Executive - REMOTE (anywhere in the US)
Knock is a company focused on redefining the home buying and selling experience. They are seeking a Senior Mortgage Account Executive to leverage existing lender and mortgage broker relationships to build a new pipeline and drive business development efforts.

Responsibilities
Leverage prior lender and mortgage broker relationships to build a new pipeline for Knock
Own outbound business development within a defined territory, consistently exceeding monthly goals
Partner with retail lending and mortgage broker teams to drive adoption of the Knock Bridge Loan™
Execute cold outreach strategies to create new opportunities and convert them into loan applications
Achieve and exceed monthly loan application targets (minimum 70 applications per month)
Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, increasing engagement and repeat usage
Host regular meetings and training sessions with loan officers, team leads, branch managers, and brokers to share updates, review performance, and optimize use of Knock’s offerings
Serve as a trusted advisor to partners by identifying growth opportunities and optimizing performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a seamless experience for our partners and their customers
Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including outreach activity, partnerships, leads, and loan applications
Champion collaboration and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualification
Required
Previous ownership of a lender or broker pipeline, excluding real estate–only referral relationships, though not currently active
Demonstrated ability to generate business from your previous and existing relationships
Strong outbound sales discipline and consultative selling skills
Proven, measurable success in meeting or exceeding sales targets
Creative and strategic thinker with a passion for growing partnerships and improving partner experiences
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders
Performance-driven mindset with a focus on long-term partner success
Team-oriented attitude with a passion for supporting and uplifting others
Receptive to coaching and open to giving/receiving constructive feedback
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment while managing multiple priorities
A deep belief in fostering inclusive, equitable practices that reflect Knock's core values
Proven success in a fully remote, distributed team environment
Deep understanding of the wholesale mortgage ecosystem
Strong executive presence and relationship management skills rooted in trust and transparency
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of business development or growth experience in lending or prior experience as a Wholesale Account Executive in a fully outbound role
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
