Responsibilities

Provides production support for containment, inspections, quality procedures, and tools to monitor critical processes

Provide support operations teams with quality planning, control, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure products meet customer expectations

You will report defined quality metrics to operations teams and Leadership

Required

1 or more years of related experience in quality or manufacturing engineering in a manufacturing environment

Experience using standard quality management principles and tools (such as FMEA, SPC, Root Cause, Control Plans, Gauge RR, MSA and Capability Studies)

Experience with gear or shaft manufacturing standards, processes, and controls

Experience reading and interpreting complex part drawings, including functional knowledge of GD&T principles and terminology

Experience using advanced data gathering and analysis techniques, including statistical analysis

Experience in driving a closed loop corrective action process, including rigorous root cause analysis

4 year degree in Manufacturing Technology or Engineering
