Responsibilities
Product Design: Take the lead on developing new products and improving existing ones
Technical Support: Help other engineering teams with hardware and software questions—whether it’s over email, phone, or in person
Resource Development: Create and update helpful resources like tutorials, test code, application notes, and demo kits
Documentation: Assist with drawings, schematics, datasheets, user guides, and other technical documents
Team Training: Support marketing, distribution, and sales teams by answering technical questions and providing product training
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (BSEE or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Solid programming skills in C++, C, or similar languages
Strong understanding of embedded systems, microcontrollers (PIC, ATMEL, ARM, etc.), and peripherals (I²C, SPI, USB, GPIO, SD Card, etc.)
Preferred
Experience with OLED, LCD, LED, or VFD technology is a plus
