Responsibilities
Consult & Close: Act as the exclusive agent for our network of investors, representing them in buying and selling single-family and multi-family assets
Market Strategy: Conduct deep-dive market analyses to help clients make data-driven decisions that maximize their returns
Proactive Outreach: While we provide the leads, you provide the hustle. You’ll be calling our owners, networking with mortgage brokers, and staying top-of-mind with key industry players
Collaborate: Work alongside our property management pros to provide a seamless "one-stop-shop" experience for our clients
Qualification
Required
Active Virginia Real Estate License (Non-negotiable)
2+ Years of Success: Proven track record in residential sales (investor experience is a huge plus)
Tech-Forward: You're a pro with CRMs and digital workflows
The Drive: You want to break the six-figure mark and have the work ethic to get there
