GAC Solutions is seeking a Servicenow CSDM Developer to coordinate with ITSM process owners and ensure proper integrations. The role involves building transform maps, developing with various ServiceNow modules, and maintaining discovery health and integrations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with other ITSM process owners to ensure proper CSDM, ITOM, SAM Pro, IT EA integrations, knowledge with network routing and troubleshooting

Build transform maps to import external data sources and maintaining integrations, ServiceNow Automations and building custom Orchestration (Workflow) activities

Develop with the CSDM, ITOM, SAM Pro, IT Enterprise Architecture, ITSM, Service Catalog, Service Portal, Flow Designer, and Service Portal designer modules

Maintain discovery health (trouble shooting discovery issues with known and unknown IPs and any network devices), work with Service Mapping and integrations which include MID server builds

Implement ServiceNow modules, Work on the ServiceNow core platform modules and applications
