Senior LevelRTI Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst for an on-site contract role located in the Springfield, VA Area. The Senior Program Analyst will be responsible for providing program management support, analyzing programmatic data, budgeting, and managing funding processes.

Required
Must have an active TS/SCI or above clearance. Must be willing to sit for a poly
Must have a technical background and be comfortable writing about the technical capabilities involved with the program
BA/BS or MA/MS degree in a technical field, or at least 36 credited hours in a technical curriculum
Very strong MS Excel and PowerPoint Skills
High initiative and Proactive with tasks
High intellectual curiosity
Familiar with PPBE process and program budget builds; program execution
Familiar with Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB) inputs
Willingness to sit for a CI Poly if not held
Must have experience with the Springfield or Chantilly customer
Needs to have a strong handle on creating and processing funding documents (MIPRs, AF9s); GEO-F experience is a plus; experience developing spend plans needs to have a sound, well-rounded programmatic background and be very familiar with PPBE, acquisition vehicles, IGCE, SOW/PWS, CBJB, etc
