Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from various sources
Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards
Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data models
Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic and operational decisions
Work closely with business stakeholders to define KPIs and performance metrics
Automate recurring reports and improve data workflows
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems
Present insights and recommendations in a clear, compelling manner
Support ad hoc analysis and data-driven problem solving
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
2–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role
Strong SQL skills for querying and manipulating data
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik
Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
Experience with Python or R for data analysis
Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, Google BigQuery, Snowflake)
Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques
Experience working with large datasets and APIs
Understanding of Agile or Scrum methodologies
