Responsibilities
Lead the strategic design and long-term architecture of our information systems, software applications, ERP platform, and IT infrastructure, and direct mission-critical initiatives to ensure company-wide performance, stability, and scalability
Identify and integrate emerging technologies, particularly AI and IoT, by collaborating cross-departmentally on innovative, connected product concepts that drive business advancement
Establish and govern data architecture, integration standards, and business intelligence (BI) systems to ensure accurate, reliable data for decision-making across the organization
Oversee and ensure continuous advancement of risk management, data security, and disaster recovery planning, conducting regular audits and updates
Oversee timelines, priorities, and budgets for major IT initiatives, acting as the primary decision maker and communication hub to align internal teams and external vendors
Lead IT governance, organizational structure, and team development, ensuring the right roles, skills, and growth pathways are in place to support business strategy
Negotiate and manage technology vendor contracts to ensure cost-effective, high-quality service delivery
Build a culture of service excellence, ensuring a high level of technology-driven customer experience throughout the organization
Qualification
Required
4 + years of experience as VP of Information Technology, CIO, or similar role
Extensive knowledge of the modern tech stack of cloud/SaaS applications
In-depth hands-on experience with design, development, and implementation of IT systems
Solid understanding of data architecture, integrations, and business intelligence systems
Understanding of IoT or connected device ecosystems
Demonstrated knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and business operations
Analytical mind and excellent problem-solving skills
Experience overseeing IT support operations, including helpdesk, hardware deployment, and access management
Outstanding communication with a variety of different audiences and strong presentation skills
Demonstrated strong ability to match technical solutions with customer business requirements
